Welcome to The Empire ("we," "us," "our," "The Empire"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (vanisempire.com), our Discord community, and any associated membership services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing a membership, joining our Discord server, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or participate in The Empire. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Educational Purpose Only. No Financial Advice

The Empire provides educational content relating to trading, market structure, and related topics. Nothing on this website, in our Discord server, in live sessions, or in any other materials constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

  • All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
  • Any trades, strategies, or examples shared are illustrative only and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
  • All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
  • Neither The Empire, Vani, nor any hosts, moderators, or affiliates are responsible for any profits or losses you incur as a result of using or relying on our content.
  • Past performance (including any student results, testimonials, or earnings shown) is not indicative of future results and is not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for seeking independent financial advice from a licensed professional where appropriate.

3. Membership and Payment

  • Membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout (currently $99.99/month), processed via our third-party payment provider (Whop).
  • By subscribing, you authorize us (via Whop) to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • Prices may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date. We are not responsible for any loss of access resulting from a failed or expired payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Whop account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that date. No partial-month refunds are given for cancellations made mid-cycle, except as set out in our refund policy below.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if requested within 3 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us via Discord or through our community channels. Refund requests made after this 3-day window will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.

6. Community Conduct

Access to our Discord server and community spaces is a privilege, not a right. While using our community, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or demean other members or staff;
  • Share, promote, or solicit signals, products, or services unrelated to The Empire without permission;
  • Post spam, malicious links, or unauthorized advertising;
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems or share paid access/content with non-members;
  • Impersonate staff, moderators, or other members;
  • Engage in any activity that is unlawful or that we reasonably consider harmful to the community.

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently remove any member from our Discord server or Services, without refund, for violating these Terms or for any conduct we consider, in our sole discretion, to be disruptive or harmful to the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lessons, live session content, recordings, graphics, branding, and other content provided through the Services are the property of The Empire and/or Vani and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share this content outside the community without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms, including Discord and Whop, to operate. We are not responsible for any downtime, data handling, or issues arising from these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular trading results will be achieved by using our content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Empire, Vani, and our affiliates, hosts, and moderators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
